I tend to agree with you George on your plan. However, I believe Trump is just pushing the limits of power with EOs that our congressional representatives have been allowing presidents for some time. Mainly because they aren’t doing their jobs. Trump just pushed executive power to another level not imaginable. Somehow, the people need to fix congress so that they work for us. We only have two branches of government working right now. Maybe a new way of voting on legislation that forces a consensus. Right now congress is too partisan to ever be able to agree on something in fear of the other side appearing to win. The only people winning right now are the corrupt and super wealthy. Wake up America!

Have you considered reaching out to the Indiana Senate Republicans who Trump "primaried" and lost to covert to Independent and run in the general? If they keep their voters, split the "R" vote and change the power imbalance, they could help stop Trump's power grab.

Good luck in your race. I don't live in NY so can't help there. I have followed you for years and appreciate your intelligence and excellent legal reasoning.

How may I unsubscribe?

I view you as a Republican and a carpet-bagger.

@George Conway et al,

This is NOT a call to action—it is a sober, realistic observation. Given the level of anger, resentment, and division that the Trump administration has fueled and continues to fuel each day, the nation risks approaching a breaking point.🤬🤯🤬

There are limits to what people can endure; when government institutions are seen failing to respond, public pressure can intensify in unpredictable and potentially destructive ways.💥🇺🇸💥

Please feel free to share/restack this.♻️

We also need to charge the children when it’s over as well.

This will take an unprecedented Democrat Supermajority! We cannot have to rely on republicans or it will NEVER happen!

It seems trumps judicial choices should be removed also.

Great plan. Flesh it out and personalize it. Remember they have a plan - and are implementing it. Your plan must neutralize their plan where necessary to protect the state of democracy.

Hey George,

I hope you win your seat! Congress desperately needs someone in there with the balls necessary to take on the evil orange turd, and his clown car minions.

I am a Canuck from Vancouver, about to attempt a funding effort to raise money to help the "good guys" defeat Trump and his vile disciples.

As an American lawyer, can you tell me if there are any legal pitfalls to avoid in Canadians donating to a U.S. political cause?

If not, and if successful, we'd like to make you our initial beneficiary.

Three easier said things than done, but they MUST be done. As no one else seems to be at the vanguard of this serious issue, George Conway is the man. I am praying that your district supports you as much as people like myself outside of your district do. Some critique in The Hill outlined reasons not to vote for you (it contends that George is too combative as a trial lawyer than working in a (supposedly) cooperative legislative position. I considered that, and apparently Jack Schlossberg is arguing for the need to cooperate. That being said, from my vantage point, I think on other issues George Conway can work together with the City on constituent issues. But where we do NOT want him excessively cooperative is the three prong approach. Hold the bastards accountable for every transgression possible, and ensure it never is likely to happen again. They've ruined a great deal of our country and government, but that being said, when a house is destroyed by a natural force, the way to respond is to "build back better", learn from the experience, and return to the site with a more robust structure. George Conway can be the catalyst turning ruins into hope, decency, and the future. We don't need another Milquetoast Democrat that is afraid to be combative because their Mothers told them when they were young to be respectful. We need aggression to go man-to-man up against a corrupted Admin and enabling GOP that has just sent us in reverse in too many ways. As gas prices rise, more and more people are getting angry And you know what? Many of the MAGA are the ones driving the oversided pickups and were brainwashed into believing that fuel consumption is good. Let them experience pain at the pump. It'll be a healthy lesson in making poor life choices that effect all of our society.

Sir, attached is a FIRST STEP PLAN (NO ELECTION REQUIRED).

Will YOU take that step and write your State Governor and Attorney General requesting that they immediately begin ENFORCING EXISTING STATE LAWS to dismantle and punish, to the fullest extent of the law, the entire Trump Criminal Enterprise?

It should take you no more than the few minutes to read the attached analysis, proposed Law ENFORCEMENT Protocol, and use the templates Mr @Christopher Armitage has kindly provided to take YOUR FIRST STEP.

Once you've done that, let us all know.

BTW, if you need a bit of motivation, please read Mr @Miles Taylor’s ‘Eulogy for “Anne”’ (attached).

Thank you.

You have my support 100%, and I agree with your plan to impeach and convict Donald Trump. Yes, it won’t be easy, but it can be done! That’s where you come in. A cog in the wheel of justice, working with the many great minds already in Congress. Jaime Raskin, Dan Goldman, to name a couple. We need strong leadership to get our democracy back on track. You’re a part of that, and that’s why I’m supporting you.

First of all: are We The People even going to have a Midterm Election to vote in cometh November of 2026?

I have been predicting for years exactly what is now happening: elections will be shut down state-by-state; *extreme* Gerrymandering will take place; elections will be held once there is NO way that Democrats would have a snowball's chance in hell of winning.

Welcome to the United States of trump... we didn't even make it for the entire 250-years, sadly.
